ABOUT TONY
CREATING INSPIRATION
Tony Nguyen (Nguyen Tien Dung) is the Vice President of PeraFin, a Singapore-based RegTech startup under Blitz IT Consultants serving the APAC market.
After graduating in Computer Science from the University of Sheffield (UK), Tony built a career spanning more than 15 years in finance, banking, risk management, and technology. His expertise has supported both major banks and growing businesses across Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region.
As Project Director in the banking industry, he led large-scale software rollouts across multiple countries. Working directly with CEOs and senior executives, Tony guided high-stakes decisions on budgets and timelines while managing diverse teams in project management, analysis, technical delivery, and customer support. From Singapore to Vietnam, his leadership ensured complex projects were delivered successfully—improving operations and driving measurable results.
Building on this experience, Tony founded HowToBuildWealth101, a comprehensive academy dedicated to success mindset, financial management, and leadership for CEOs and entrepreneurs. Through programs and training, the academy helps clients achieve growth and freedom in three essential areas: financial independence, health, and mindset.
Tony not only leads the academy but also teaches directly, mentoring and training future leaders to carry forward its mission of transformation.
