3. Intensive 10' Workout Every Day – No need to spend 45 minutes to 1 hour on working out every day. Our team will show you the method of working out (for men) and Yoga practice (for ladies) every day for 10'. That's all you need to have a healthy life and be fully energized throughout the day.
4. Visualization Every Day – Learn how to harness the law of attraction and turn your dreams into reality. Tony will be showing you the power that daily visualization can have on your life and your level of success.
5. Journaling Every Day – Journaling is critical to your success through this challenge! You will learn how the 1% use this technique to achieve their goals. By the end of this challenge, you will be a pro!
6. Reading your favorite Book 15' each day – Have you ever heard of the saying: Knowledge is power? or a CEO will read an average of 60 books per year?
