CHALLENGE START DATE - Spring


This program will mean to equip you with the new skill set and habits of successful people. You do not need to put down a ton of effort to participate in.


THE PROGRAM CONTAINS:


  1. 20 days live session 60' with Tony for the daily skill set practices
  2. 06 QA sessions (total 360') where Tony will train you on the importance of those practices and answers your questions
  3. Immediate access to the private Facebook group where you have a community of people wanting to grow and help each other to reach the same objective.
  4. Access to all the recordings of sessions and documents to help you through the process.
  5. Access to me as the direct Mentor

1. Mindfulness Meditation 10' everyday – Meditation can help you to calm your thoughts down. If you're having negative thoughts no wonder why you need to practice meditation to clear your mind through the troubling world around you 


 2. Taking A Cold Shower Every Day – A cold shower each and every day will help you overcome adversity and stay motivated throughout the challenge. Our team will share with you the method to have the cold shower slowly to get your body to adapt and soon you will get enjoy this feeling.  


3. Intensive 10' Workout Every Day  – No need to spend 45 minutes to 1 hour on working out every day. Our team will show you the method of working out (for men) and Yoga practice (for ladies) every day for 10'. That's all you need to have a healthy life and be fully energized throughout the day.  


4. Visualization Every Day – Learn how to harness the law of attraction and turn your dreams into reality. Tony will be showing you the power that daily visualization can have on your life and your level of success. 

 

5. Journaling Every Day – Journaling is critical to your success through this challenge! You will learn how the 1% use this technique to achieve their goals. By the end of this challenge, you will be a pro!  


6. Reading your favorite Book 15' each day – Have you ever heard of the saying: Knowledge is power? or a CEO will read an average of 60 books per year? So if you want to have a better chance on your success journey, why don't you practice constantly learning new things every day?  Practice this and it will pay off in the long run.
